The First Step to Becoming a Smarter, Stronger Athlete

In today’s competitive sports world, talent alone isn’t enough. What truly sets top athletes apart is not just their physical ability, but also their mindset, routines, and emotional strength, all of which drive consistent, high-level performance. Therefore, the Peak Play Mindset Assessment is crucial.

Developed by Dr. Swaroop Savanur, India’s most experienced Mental Conditioning and Peak Performance Coach, this science-backed tool is designed to help young athletes and their parents identify what’s holding them back—and, more importantly, show what it takes to move forward.

Unlike other assessments, this tool isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Rather, it’s a comprehensive performance scanner that evaluates mental, emotional, and lifestyle factors, which directly impact training, recovery, focus, and game-day performance. As a result, you get a detailed, personalized evaluation.

The assessment covers key factors such as:

  • Habits
  • Self-Confidence
  • Concentration
  • Pressure Management
  • Attitude
  • Motivation
  • Self-Discipline
  • Performance Pressure
  • Goal Setting
  • Consistency

Why This Assessment Matters

For athletes who aspire to reach higher levels, become professionals, or simply perform at their best, understanding what’s beneath the surface is crucial. Often, many athletes struggle with issues like confidence dips, poor habits, lack of structure, or burnout. In addition, parents may not know how to help.

Fortunately, the Peak Play Mindset Assessment bridges that gap. It provides both athletes and parents with clear insights and actionable strategies to train smarter, work better, and build a mindset that lasts—on and off the field.

Remember, you only get one chance to get it right! Therefore, don’t leave your mindset training to chance.

How It Works – 4 Simple Steps

STEP 1 – Online Questionnaire
First, you’ll receive 40–50 targeted questions by email. The athlete fills these out honestly, based on their current mindset and routines.

STEP 2 – In-Depth Analysis
Next, each response is carefully assessed against key mental performance factors. This provides individual scores and a combined profile that highlights strengths and areas for improvement.

STEP 3 – 35-Page Report Delivered
Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed 35-page report that outlines strengths, challenges, and personalized strategies to overcome obstacles. With this, you’ll understand exactly where to focus.

By following these simple steps, you’ll be ready to unlock your true potential!
