Please note this is a sample itinerary and some variations will happen between tours and locations due to our partners’ schedules, but in general the itinerary will be very similar!

After your arrival in Melbourne, Australia, following a long journey, a day of pampering awaits – and you truly deserve it. You will check into your place of stay for an afternoon of pure relaxation.


As the day winds down, we'll come together for a delightful alfresco dinner hosted at one of Melbourne’s exceptional restaurants in the city.

You will be driven post breakfast to your Permaculture destination where you will get a comprehensive tour of the far, giving you an immersive glimpse into this remarkable place. Next up, we'll head explore their Forest, as well as other that offer unique insights.


Throughout the course, you can expect a well-structured 12 ½ days, filled with engaging Programmed Sessions, enlightening Field Trips, immersive Hands-On Activities, and thought-provoking Evening Sessions.

To kickstart each day on the right note, you'll begin with a morning focusing and revision session. That way, you're ready to seize every learning opportunity with enthusiasm. Today is when you roll up your sleeves and getting started on the journey with Introduction to Permaculture where you will learn about it’s History, Principles and Ethics, Observing Natural Systems, Patterns in Nature and Permaculture Design - Concepts and Attitudes. Let's make this experience truly unforgettable!"

Spend the day learning about Zone and Sector Planning and Climate with insights into 

First Steps in Design, Zone One Planning, Sector Analysis, Climatic Conditions, Challenges and Microclimate Design.

Then, we're moving on to Water in the Landscape. Get ready for a deep dive into the basics – we'll cover Principles and Methods of Harvesting, Storage, Use, and Conservation. Plus, we'll explore smart ways for Reuse and Treatment. And when it comes to drought-proofing, we'll be delving into Dam Construction and various methods to keep your land resilient.


Ever heard of Keyline? We'll be demystifying that too, along with Aquaculture methods that add a fascinating layer to your learning.
